On November 22, 2022, Dr. Michael Peters, Director of the Naval Reserve Professional Development and Mentorship Program for Royal Canadian Navy presented Diversity Discussion: Intentionality Blindspots. The presentation was followed by a question-and-answer period with questions from audience CASIS Vancouver executives. key points discussed were benefits challenges surrounding Inclusion programs, need intentionality accountability in creation implementation ways which role modelling mentorship those leadership positions helps to foster sustain an environment conducive diversity inclusion.
